Every piece is handmade, please allow a slight variation to the size and shape.

It's impossible to create two absolute identical pieces by hand.

If your crochet items get dirty eventually, please hand wash gently with mild soap and cool water, then air dry flat, wrapped in a paper towel. Gently pressing out water without wringing to maintain shape and prevent color fade or shrinkage; avoid hot water and harsh detergents.

1. Domestic Shipping Policy

For orders under $60, shipping fee will be calculated at check out, depending on your location.

For orders over $60, We’re happy to offer free shipping within the U.S.

Sorry, No international shipping available.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Since each piece is handmade, we appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with care.

3. Shipping Method

We use reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS for standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges Window

You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized pieces.
Sale or discounted items (final sale).

4. How to Start a Return or Exchange

and reason for return or exchange. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.

For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost for the new item sent to you once we receive the original back.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
